Frequently Asked Questions

Policies and Procedures

Which class is right for my child?

We offer a variety of classes for gymnasts who are just starting to walk, up to an advanced level. We also offer classes that incorporate dance, cheerleading, educational programs, and art! Each class and description can be found under the Weekly Classes tab. There you will also find a tab to register that will take you to our online portal. Not sure what will be the right fit? Email us!

*Please note if a class is invitation only, and if there are prerequisite skills needed.*

How do I register for a class/event/camp?

Find the class you would like to join under the Weekly Classes tab. Returning/Currently enrolled families should proceed to the LLG Portal. New families will need to register for the LLG Portal. Follow the prompts in the portal to register for your preferred class.

**Important: New and returning students may only begin a class at the start of a month. Your child is not officially enrolled until you receive a welcome email stating your child’s start date.**

How do I pay for class/event/camp?

To streamline our payment process and ensure timely payments, we highly recommend each family has a credit/debit card on file in the LLG portal system. Your monthly tuition fees will be automatically charged to this card on the first of each month.

Special Events/Camps will require payment after enrollment to secure your spot.

*Failure to provide a credit/debit card on file or to settle outstanding invoices will result in your student being unable to participate in our classes and events until all balances are paid and a card is on file.*

How do I add a payment card?

1. Log in to Your Account: Visit the LLG Portal by clicking on the following link: [LLG Portal Login]

2. Access Your Settings: Once logged in, you will land on your main page or "dashboard." Locate the Profile drop-down menu in the top navigation.

3. Select Settings: From the drop-down menu, select the "Settings" option.

4. Add Payment Card: Within the Settings page, you'll find the Payment Cards box. Click on the purple box located on the right-hand side.

5. Enter Card Information: Click the "Add Card" button and follow the prompts to enter the necessary payment card information.

*Failure to provide a credit/debit card on file or to settle outstanding invoices will result in your student being unable to participate in our classes and events until all balances are paid and a card is on file.*

Do you offer refunds or make-up classes?

We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, if unforeseen circumstances lead to multiple class absences in a month, we encourage you to contact us so we can address the situation on an individual basis and find a suitable solution. Any refunds would be in the form of credit on your family LLG account.

To maintain a consistent learning environment for our teachers and students, we do not provide make-up options for missed classes.

How do I withdraw from a class?

To manage our classes effectively, we kindly request that all parents or guardians complete the withdrawal form available here by the 25th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to withdraw your child. Please note that withdrawals submitted via text, email, or verbal communication will not be considered valid.

**Important: All withdrawals must be completed using the withdrawal form on learningladdergym.com for the process to be valid.**

Can my child try a class before enrolling?

We offer a complimentary trial class upon request for families new to Learning Ladder Gymnastics. To arrange your free trial, please register for your preferred class and get in touch with us. If you're unsure which class is the best fit for your gymnast, please contact us and we can help you find the right class!

What are the class procedures?

Please arrive for class 5 minutes before it begins. Both parent and child are asked to wait in the parent area until your child's teacher calls them out on the floor for class. Parents and siblings must remain in the parent area during class (unless participating in a parent & tot class). There is an area with coloring and other activities for to help keep siblings occupied. We ask parents to refrain from calling out to their child during class to minimize distractions.

What should my child wear?

Children should come to class in comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise. For girls we recommend leggings or athletic shorts with a comfortable top. Leotards are a great option but not required. For boys we recommend athletic shorts or pants that are not too long and a comfortable top. No jeans or dresses. Long hair should be pulled back and no jewelry such as bracelets or necklaces is permitted. Children will go barefoot during class.

What should I expect from a Learning Ladder Class?

From the moment you step through our doors until the moment you leave, we want to make that experience special and worthwhile for all. We treat all of our athletes and families like they are family. At Learning Ladder Gymnastics, we believe in teaching each individual child and not just the athlete. Our classes follow USA Gymnastics skill progression to give each child the best opportunity to succeed in the sport. It is our mission to bring a quality gymnastics program in a safe, motivating and nurturing environment that is educational and not just recreational. Our teachers are passionate about what they do and are ready to give your child that personalized instruction even in a group setting. Let the fun and learning begin!
