As part of our commitment to providing the best experience for our students and their families, we have implemented some new policies and procedures that will take effect starting September 2023. Please take a moment to review the following changes:
1. Credit/Debit Card on File: To streamline our payment process and ensure timely payments, we now require each family to have a credit/debit card on file in the LLG portal system. Your monthly tuition fees will be automatically charged to this card on the first of each month.
2. Withdrawal Notification: To manage our classes effectively, we kindly request that all parents or guardians complete the withdrawal form available on our website by the 25th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to withdraw your child. Please note that withdrawals submitted via text, email, or verbal communication will not be considered valid.
**Important: All withdrawals must be completed using the withdrawal form on learningladdergym.com for the process to be valid. **
3. Holding Spots and Reenrollment: Unfortunately, we cannot hold spots for students who withdraw for any period, regardless of the reason. If you wish to reenroll your student, you may do so through the parent portal. All enrollments will be added to the selected class’s wait list. On the 26th of each month, new and returning students will be processed according to order of enrollment. **Important: New and returning students may only begin a class at the start of a month. Your child is not officially enrolled until you receive a welcome email stating your child’s start date. **
4. Special Event and Camp Payments: For special events and camps, payment is due upon arrival by cash, check, or online payment. If you do not pay in advance or upon arrival, your card on file will be automatically charged when the event concludes. Please note that no-shows will be charged the full event cost.
5. Payment and Participation: Failure to provide a credit/debit card on file or to settle outstanding invoices will result in your student being unable to participate in our classes and events until all balances are paid and a card is on file.
6. Monthly Payment Amounts: Please be aware that payment amounts will remain the same for months with more or fewer than four weeks with the exception of December. December will be 1/2 off tuition due to being closed for multiple weeks for the Christmas holiday.
7. Refunds and Make-up Classes: We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, if unforeseen circumstances lead to multiple class absences in a month, we encourage you to contact us so we can address the situation on an individual basis and find a suitable solution. To maintain a consistent learning environment for our teachers and students, we do not provide make-up options for missed classes. Any refunds would be in the form of credit on your LLG account.
8. Trial Class: We offer a complimentary trial class upon request for families new to Learning Ladder Gymnastics. To arrange your free trial, please register for your preferred class and get in touch with us. If you're unsure which class is the best fit for your gymnast, please contact us and we can help you find the right class!
